Registration contribution includes:
In the intramural form:
- Participation in forum’s business events: plenary meetings and sections.
- Participation in football-party, gala-dinner, business lunches and coffee-breaks.
- Placement of information about participant in the Official catalogue of forum’s participants.
- Presentation of one participant’s case with forum’s materials.
In the extramural form:
- Presentation of one participant’s case with forum’s materials.
- Materials are sent by post.
- Placement of information about participant in the Official catalogue of forum’s participants.
REGISTRATION OF THE PARTICIPANTS

Fill the registration form for intramural (doc, 0.11 Mb) or extramural (doc, 0.1 Mb) for participation and send it over the fax+38 (057) 728-18-26 or on e-mail: oksana@ifik.com.ua
Administrator will get in contact with you for specifying the data, mentioned in the application form and will send the contract and invoice for payment the participation on e-mail or over fax.
The full payment of the registration contribution should be made during 10 days from the date of getting the invoice.
Registration is confirmed after full payment of the invoice.
Application form data are registered in the electronic catalogue of the participants which is available only for registered participants: company’s name, type of activity, name of the participant, position, e-mail.
With the help of contacts’ database You have the possibility to set up business meetings beforehand.
Speech cost in the forum:
- for Ukrainian participants – 18 000 UAH
- for foreign participants – $ 2000
Rules for speakers:
- Topics of the speech, choice of plenary meetings or section should be necessarily agreed with the organizers of the forum.
- Organizers reserve the right to make suggestions and corrections regarding the outlines and contents of the speeches, and also the right to reject an application.
- Duration of the speech - is no more than 15 minutes (plenary meeting, section meeting).
- Talk language: Russian, Ukrainian or English.
- Visual representation of the speech is welcomed (using Power Point presentation, slideshow).
- The speech cannot contain advertisement of the production or services of the speaker’s company
- Thesis or text and presentation of the speech should be submitted to the Organizing Committee no later than 20.11.2009
- Photos with speaker’s name and surname (JPG, TIFF formats, no less than 6x8 cm, with resolution of 300 dpi) and biography of the speaker should be submitted to the Organizing Committee no later than
20.11.2009.

REGISTRATION OF THE SPEAKERS
- Fill the application speaker form of the forum (doc, 0.11 Mb)
- Manager will contact you to confirm the data specified in the application and send you a contract and an invoice for paying the participation on the e-mail or through fax.

Usage of additional services allows presenting your company effectively during forum. We suggest under Your consideration the following additional possibilities of representing Your company interests during the forum:
